LATVIA

Orders from Latvia are delivered with the help of Omniva and DPD to your indicated parcel machine.

Delivery time: 2-3 business days.

LITHUANIA & ESTONIA

 Orders from Lithuania and Estonia are delivered with the help of Omniva and DPD to your indicated parcel machine.

Delivery time: 4-5 business days. 

Price: from €4.99

OTHER COUNTRIES

 Orders from Ukraine, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden are delivered with local courier delivery. 

Delivery time: 7-8 business days. 

Price: from €14.99

DELIVERY TERMS

1. Currently, we ship parcels to Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. 

2. Orders from the Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia) are delivered with the help of Omniva and DPD to your indicated parcel machine. Orders from other countries are delivered with local courier delivery. 

3. All orders are shipped on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00.

4. Before making an order please make sure that you have specified:

  • From Baltic States - from which Omniva or DPD parcel machine you would want to take out the order by adding the address or name of your selected Omniva or DPD parcel machine to the "OMNIVA/DPD - add address" section on checkout. If the Omniva or DPD parcel machine address is not specified, we will send your parcel to the nearest Omniva or DPD parcel machine to your shipping address.

  • From other countries - your name, surname and phone number. If the address or telephone number is changed during delivery, a new invoice will be issued for the delivery fee.

4. If you would like to track the status of your shipment, use the tracking number we provided you within the email and go to the corresponding website: https://www.omniva.lv/  or https://www.dpd.com/.

5. If you received damaged goods, please contact us via email by sending us a picture with evidence so we can solve this problem immediately.

RETURNS

If for any reason you want to return your order or some part of it, please remember that:

1. You can return your products within 14 days after making a purchase;
2. The product should not be used, and it needs to be in the original packaging;
3. You will need to have all documentation of the purchase and the receiving of your order (e.g. receipt);
4. If you want to return your purchase, please contact us via email info@placentavitae.eu, and we will provide you with a refund form that you will need to fill in. 
5. After receiving the filled refund form from you, we will send a refund to your bank account over

the next 14 days;
